Course Synopsis
The course is designed to acquaint students of history with the nature, scope and value of history. Also give them understanding of the objectives and direction of historical process. Different approaches and impacts of philosophical theories are taught to enhance their critical skills in dealing with events of historical significance.
Course Learning Outcomes
After studying this course students are in better position to critically judge particular historical events. It develops in them an attitude of unbiased analysis of historical works which they study.
