Course Contents
Definition: Types of Projects and hierarchy of approving authorities. Rational Identification; Problem perception, Acquisition of information. Validity of Problem. Preparation: Techniques for completion of various project formats. Plan of work, budget considerations; Executions: utilization of budget, hiring of manpower, report preparation and presentation. Monitoring and evaluations. Post project liabilities; Follow up. Fate of project capital, human resources and transfer of technology.

• To make students aware about the planning steps of the project
