Definition: Types of Projects and hierarchy of approving authorities. Rational Identification; Problem perception, Acquisition of information. Validity of Problem. Preparation: Techniques for completion of various project formats. Plan of work, budget considerations; Executions: utilization of budget, hiring of manpower, report preparation and presentation. Monitoring and evaluations. Post project liabilities; Follow up. Fate of project capital, human resources and transfer of technology.

Course Synopsis

• To make students aware about the planning steps of the project • To give awareness about the monitoring of the project • To give knowledge of project evaluation • To make the student capable for design a research project • To give the introduction of different funding agencies

Course Learning Outcomes

After successful completion of this course students will be able to manage the scope, cost, timing and quality of the project. they will able to practices interpersonal skills to manage the human resources of a project including organizing, managing and leading the project team, using effective strategies to influence others, manage conflict, and leads teams toward successful project completion.
