In this semester students will learn about translations of Surah Ibrahim (ابراهيم), Al-Hijr (الحجر) and An-Nahl (النحل). Surah Ibrahim is in 13th chapter of Quran. This Surah was revealed in Makkah and has 52 Verses. The Surah takes its name from v. 35 in which mention has been made of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham). Al-Hijr is in 14th Chapter of Quran and has 99 verses. This Surah was revealed in Makkah. Al-Hijr means "The Rock". An-Nahl is in 24th Chapter of Quran and it has 128 verses. The name, An-Nahl means "The Bee". the revelation place of this Surah is Makkah.
