Course Synopsis
Course Description: This course deals with the Health education and prevention programs concerning with obesity, alcohol and AIDS etc in relation to their rationale, procedures and effectiveness.
Objectives:The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with preventive medicine and health education as an area of specialization and enable students to acquire an in-depth understanding of how psychological methods and principles can be applied for the promotion and maintenance of health as well as the prevention, management and treatment of illness.
