PREPARATION METHODS:
Top-down and Bottom-up approaches, Bottom-up techniques (self assembly, directed assembly, layer-by-layer assembly, polymerization), Combination of top-down and bottom-up approaches
CARBON NANOTUBES:
Structure & properties, Growth mechanism (single-walled and multi-walled), Chemical Vapour Deposition (different types of CVD), Arc-discharge, Laser ablation, Template-assisted growth
SYNTHESIS METHODS:
Nanoparticles, Nanoclusters, Nanocomposites (pillard clays, layered double hydroxides, clay-polymer nanocomposites),
