Course Synopsis
The course has been designed to enable the students to understand the Legal system of Pakistan. The student will analyze the evolution of judicial system before and after the establishment of Pakistan. It also encompasses the importance of legal system for the peace of the country, provision of justice and smooth flow of political system of the country.
Course Learning Outcomes
This course will enable the students to understand the concept of Legal system, Law, Judicial System and its role for peace and security of the society. Student will be able to compare and contrast the judicial systems of our constitutions and identify the reasons for the failure of unbiased and efficient legal system in Pakistan. It will also provide some suggestions to the present Legal system and its issues of Pakistan
