Course Synopsis
The course aims to make students understand quantitative research techniques to assess social phenomena. The focus will be on quantitative measurement; however, quantitative assessment with concepts and themes will also be taught.
Course Learning Outcomes
After studying this course students can get a brief overview of what quantitative research methodology is, how it is used in social sciences and why this methodology is important in scientific research. Furthermore, they will be able to practice quantitative research in field and can use its tool and techniques which will help them in their final thesis projects and any other research activities.
the link represents the ontological and epistemological standpoint of quantitative research
