Course Synopsis
In modernized societies the system of social control and law has become one of the most dominant components of the total social structure to bring harmony and social order in the society. The course has been framed with the objective to provide information regarding the understanding of the philosophy of human rights in the local, national and international context. The students will then be promptly aware of the rights of the citizens, minority, children, prisoners, women etc, and they shall then adopt a better mechanism for Social Legislations-Constitutional provisions in favor of such deprived communities.
