Assumptions of ANOVA. Effect of violation of assumptions, Transformations
Layout and analysis of Completely Randomized, Randomized Complete Block, Latin Square and Graeco-Latin Square designs, estimation of missing observations.
Relative efficiency of these designs. Fixed, random and mixed effect models. Expected mean squares deviations.
Factorial Experiment: 2^k ,3^k series and mixed level factorial experiments and their analyses.
Case Study:
Analyze the real data and present the work in the form of report.

The students must have developed the understanding of conducting and designing the appropriate experiments efficiently, and analyze the resulting data to obtain reliable conclusions, including one factor experiments and the factorial designs.
