Course Synopsis
SIMPLE HARMONIC MOTION (SHM):
Oscillating system, Physical significance of Omega ( ), Relation between Displacement, Velocity and Acceleration, Energy considerations in SHM, Applications of SHM – Torsion Pendulum, Simple Pendulum and Physical Pendulum, Simple SHM and Uniform circular motion, combination of SHMs, Damped Harmonic Motions, Forced Oscillations, Resonance (Discussion) and Two Body Oscillation.
SOUND:
Beats Phenomena – Analytical Treatment, Doppler Effect – Moving Source, Moving observer and both object and observer moving.

POLARIZATION:
