Course Synopsis
this course is designed to acquaint the students with the decline of Great Mughal Empire 1707 to 1857 which covers the near about 150 years.
the achievements and heritage of mughal dynasty was integrated due to the weakness of the central authority and arrivals of invaders. selected readings covers various factors and resistance movements of the mughal decline. british arrival as traders and merchants and settelements of European colonies critically highlighted through readings.
