Course Synopsis

This is a basic course that include detailed information about important biomolecules. Structure, chemical reactions and important functions of four biomolecules i.e, proteins including basic monomers (amino acids), carbohydrates, lipids and nucleic acids will be discussed in little detail.

Course Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course students will be able to know structure, properties and biological functions of important biomolecules like protein, carbohydrates, lipids and nucleic acid.
