Course Synopsis
This course aims to enable students to critically read and analyse poetry from the War and Post World War II era and modern and contemporary times.
Course Learning Outcomes
The students will be able:
1) To demonstrate their understanding of poetry as a literary genre and be able to critically examine individual poems both orally and in writing, utilizing correct terminology and literary analytical techniques.
2) To exhibit critical reading, thinking, writing and speaking skills as well as applicable research techniques.
