Course Synopsis
This course is designed to acquaint students with the objectives to make
them understand the basic concepts of physical education and its relation
to Health Education, and provide preliminary awareness about physical,
mental and social developments; interpretation of biological, psychological
effects on physical activities.
Course Learning Outcomes
The philosophy behind physical education includes principles that teach students the mechanics of physical activity. Students will learn why physical important and how they can remain physically active. This course will have good effects on the health and economics of individuals and as a whole community in relation to physical education.
