Course Synopsis
This course is developed to provide fundamental knowledge regarding physical fitness and health.The contents of this course give awareness to student For the healthy functioning of the body, physical fitness, speed, strength, agility, endurance, flexibility and power. It also provide knowledge about why a safe workplace is essential, the know-how about what to look out for in terms of dangers.
Course Learning Outcomes
Students will aware about benefits of physical education in their real life. By Learning this subject they will be able to maintain their good health and educate to others. They may arrange sports and physical activities in their institutes. Students will also get fruitful knowledge about diet and nutrition. They will also learn about massage which improve the flow of blood and lymph, to reduce muscular tension or flaccidity, to affect the nervous system through stimulation or sedation, and to enhance tissue healing.
