Nonparametric Methods for comparing Survival Distribution: Gehan’s Generalized Wilcoxon Test, Cox-Mantel Test, Logrank test, Peto & Peto’s generalized Wilcoxon Test,Cox’s F-test, Mantel-Haenszal Test., Kruskal Wallis Test, Multiple Comparison test based on Kruskal-Wallis Test.

Exponential distribution, Weibul distribution, Lognormal Distribution, Gamma and Generalized Gamma distribution, Log-Logistic Distribution.
