Course Synopsis
The course will cover the different approaches for gender and development and developmental theories. We will come to know the feminist critiques on MDGs and SDGs. It will cover a range of Gender analysis Frameworks.This course examines a range of issues in international development from the perspective of women and girls in particular. We will review recent literature on gender and development, including how development policies, programs and issues affect men and women, and girls and boys. It brings a critical eye to gender inequality and how it is addressed in the field of international development. We will explore issues, constraints and way ahead to Gender Development process in Pakitan.
