Course Synopsis
Introductory AutoCAD is a basic level CAD course utilizing the CAD software, AutoCAD. The basics of CAD geometry creation and manipulation using a variety of computer command inputs including keyboard shortcuts, toolbox icons and mouse menu selection. Geometry created will include points, lines, circles, arcs, and basic polygons. Geometry is edited or manipulated using commands such as zoom, pan, trim, extend, copy, rotate and by the use of geometry

CAD software and hardware will Help Interior Design Students to be able to create 2D Presentation Drawing , display, and plot working drawings; operate and adjust input and output devices; construct technical drawings using a standard computer aided drafting program; identify, operate and adjust input and output devices; start and exit a computer aided program; and demonstrate file management techniques
