Course Contents
Materials and Construction - IV is a continuation course of Materials and Construction – I, II, III. The course that will allow the students to understand the Field demands of Construction such as the working drawings and their significance in the construction of building and the understanding of Working Drawing Plans and Execution Drawings. The students will learn the standards of drawings which is being followed by government as well as private sectors.
Course Synopsis
Preparation of a complete set of working drawings, BOQ’s and specifications, including architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical working drawings and constructional details of a small to medium sized building project. Preparation of contract documents, BOQ’s , specifications, analysis of rates and contract agreement etc

Students will be able to learn the working drawings, BOQS and specifications.
