Disconnection approach, Retroanalysis of Aromatic Compounds, Carbonyls (1,1,1,2, 1,3 disconnections), Alcohols, Alkenes (sterochemical aspect), Protecting groups, Chemoselectivity and regioselectivity involved as prerequisite for planning the synthesis, Umpolong, One group C-C disconnection.

To explore the insight of Organic synthesis learning by optimization of retrosynthetic strategy.
