Course Contents
Basic processes of molecular biology: transcription; translation, post translational modifications, reverse transcription (retrovirises) enzymes involved in the processes. Gene expression and its regulation in prokaryotes and eukaryotes, proofreading and repair mechanisms.
Mitochondrial genome. Cutting and ligation of DNA, Genetic manipulation vectors, PCR its types and applications.
