 Separation and identification of amino acids by paper chromatography.  Extraction of caffeine from solid sample by solvent extraction method.  Purification and identification of caffeine in a given mixture by TLC.  Analyzing a mixture of analgesic drugs by TLC for the detection of aspirin and its identification by UV / visible lamp and by locating agent.  Extraction and spectrophotometric determination of caffeine in different soft drinks.  Separation and identification of a mixture of dyes by column chromatography.  To find the conc of fluorescein dye separated from column chromatography by using UV spectrophotometer.  To find the conc of methylene blue dye by U-V vis. spectrophotometer.  Determination of sodium and potassium metals in an unknown sample by flame photometry.  Determination of vitamin C in fresh and tin packed orange juice by HPLC.  Identification of different compounds by FTIR spectroscopy.  Determination of a metal in a sample solution by A.A. spectrophotometer.  Identification of the sample by TGA / DTA / DSC.  Analysis of sample by GC-Mass.
