Course Synopsis
This paper comprises a comprehensive overview of Literary Criticism ,its definition , types, advantages, evolution through different times in Iran and Sub Continent ; measures of a true critic,life and works of some popular and important classical and modern critics of Pakistan and Iran; introduction of different school of thought in Persian as well as other literatures.
Course Learning Outcomes
Study of this paper may enable a student to differentiate various types of literature, their styles & levels. Moreover they can become able to compare one literature to the other in the same or different languages.
