Course Synopsis

This course is designed to make the student able to turn over the abstract knowledge to practical purposes. This course emphasizes the isolation, estimation and characterization of different biological samples and study of some properties of amino acids, proteins, sugars, lipids and nucleic acids. The course shall include extraction, fractionation and characterization of these biomlecules.
