Course Synopsis

The course will provide an understanding of the concept of NGOs, historical development, types of NGOs, methods, and approaches, and activities. It also helps to understand the legal requirements for forming, registering and running an NGO, developing the vision and mission of an NGO, formulating the activities of an NGO, preparing the articles of incorporation and By-Laws of the NGO, setting up the NGO governance structure. This course covers the process of developing a strategic plan, mobilizing resources to form and register NGO.
