Course Synopsis

Objective of this course is to make the students aware of constitutional and institutional framework of administrative law, rule-making, judicial review and non-judicial review. The emphasis will be on relating the theories and concepts with administrative working of government and accountability mechanisms in Pakistan.

Course Learning Outcomes

• The course is designed to provide learners an opportunity to engage in a scholarly and reflective analysis of the issues involved in cases coming before the courts more recently. • These issues will be examined both from a theoretical and practical dimension. • At the end of this course students will be aware of Administrative functioning and accountability in Pakistan.
