Course Contents

 Qualitative analysis of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins  Analysis of normal and abnormal constitutes in urine.  Estimation of different vitamins.  Electrophoresis of plasma proteins, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Agarose electrophoresis of DNA.

Course Synopsis

This course is very important as students have to work in lab to get hand on training. They will perform different test used to identify biomolecules like proteins, carbohydrates and lipids. Beside these students will determine different normal and abnormal constituents of urine.

Course Learning Outcomes

After completing this lab practical course students will be able to learn different methods for the identification of biomolecules.
