• Studio Practice to prepare an exhibition demonstrated by several paintings • Multiple Juries and discussions by the practicing artists and course tutors for the developments of concepts and compositions • Writing an artist statement to describe the whole concept and methodology of the works

Course Synopsis

This course constitutes the culmination of the student's research process of studio practice. The students will develop and prepare an original exhibition, accompanied by a written statement as an expression of their concepts and research process.

Course Learning Outcomes

This course enables students to develop the skills, critical understanding and specialist knowledge required to follow a rewarding career as an independent artist or to work within a related creative industries perspective. This course provides a tailored learning environment that encourages and supports creative development, independence in creativity, imagination and ideas, from the individual perspective of the student.
