This specialized course gives deeper insight of different aspects of advertising to students and focuses on enhancing the skills of students. This course also gives an understanding of the relationship of marketing and marketing role of advertising. The course will enable students to design the advertising campaign in contemporary media using different tools. It will enable students to practically involve in copy writing, media planning and integrated marketing communication. The Students will also be able to apply research methods for the advertising campaign. Outline: • Student would be required to prepare advertising messages and campaigns. • Visit to the advertising agencies will be arranged. • Being a Practical subject, this course also demands the submission of a Project by the students. • So the students will submit the proposed draft of the advertising campaign at the time of mid term examination and will submit the complete advertising campaign at the end of semester. This Project shall be submitted in form of the softcopy and hard copy as well.
