Course Synopsis

This course will provide learners with an introduction to Lesson Planning, Type of Lesson plans along with the practical application of different lesson plans to prepare students to create effective and interactive lesson plans based on National and International Curriculum. This course will provide a great insight into Micro-Teaching principles, methods and its application. Aims and Objectives: Students will analyze the meaning and importance of lesson planning. Students will learn about the difference between the methods and Approaches of Lesson Planning Students will correlate the different types of lesson plans with learning styles in any ESL/TESOL program.

Course Learning Outcomes

Students will be able practically demonstrate the skills of lesson planning. Students will design lesson plans according to the Learning Styles. Students will apply knowledge by designing (Skill based) Listening, Speaking, reading and vocabulary building lesson plans through Communicative approach.
