Course Synopsis

Course description: This course is the constitution of the International Law-1. Its purpose is to give the understanding to the students regarding the legal framework for mutual interactions of the states in times of war. It also covers the rules of war and its effects.

Course Learning Outcomes

*The students will get knowledge about international framework, dispute resolution and prize court. *students will be able to address contemporary real world issues such as how the rule of law is upheld at international level. *This course will give awareness to students about the distruction of war to humanity and will understand the need of world peace.
