 Book formatting  Border design  Book jacket  Rough Dummy Formation  Illustrate the Nature (Birds, Trees, Flowers and Animals etc.)  Daily live sketches in various media (Pen and Ink charcoal water colour etc.)  Illustration project of any story with 5 to 7 illustrations

Course Synopsis

This is a basic course about book illustration that aims at giving student technical know how of book producing methods of the past. Students will learn Book jacket, formatting, design, and dummy formation and at the completion of this course they will be evaluated on a display of story illustrations.
